WHAT IS THE LEGALITY OF THE ECO SMART CITY THU THIEM PROJECT?
The Ho Chi Minh City inspection conclusion under number 1041/TB-TTCP dated June 26, 2019 was agreed upon by the Prime Minister, approving the policy of appointing Lotte Group to implement the Eco Smart City project.
Half a year later, on April 17, 2020, the Ministry of Planning and Investment issued Official Dispatch No. 279/BKHDT-DTNN, reporting to the Prime Minister and presenting the opinion that allowing Lotte Company to implement the project would have more advantages and conveniences. Thus, up to now, the Eco Smart City Thu Thiem urban area project still belongs to Lotte Properties HCMC Company.
