The story of SonKim Land began in the 1950s, built on the foundation of the Dai Thanh brand—a leading cooperative in Vietnam's textile industry at that time. With a solid background and invaluable experience from previous generations, in 1993, the Investment and Development Company Son Kim (the predecessor of SonKim Land) was established by the third generation of the Nguyen family
With two centuries of experience in business development and the legacy of its heritage, SonKim Land is committed to taking the business to new heights and making further contributions to the community in the fields of manufacturing, retail and real estate. The company has established strong partnerships with notable entities, including BankInvest, Hongkong Land, Hamon Developments, GS Retail, GS Shop, Pourcel Château, Watami International, and Samsung.
Later, the third sector - real estate - was separated and developed into SonKim Land. Since its establishment and in each step of development, SonKim Land has always aimed to become a professional real estate developer in the fields of apartments, offices, resorts and real estate management.

Businessman Nguyen Hoang Tuan (born in 1970) is the founder and Chairman of SonKim Land and SonKim Group.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan, born in 1970, from Ho Chi Minh City, is a member of the Son Kim family - a powerful family that is not only famous in Vietnam but also reaches out to the world. He has studied and lived abroad for a long time.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan has been leading SonKim Land since the early 1990s. He has elevated the company to new heights with innovative ideas and numerous large-scale projects. Like a world of wealth, SonKim Group is truly a multi-industry business tycoon with an extremely large scale.
